Level 2 Food Safety in Retail Course Prerequisites

Learners must be at least 14 years old on the first day of the training.

As an entry-level qualification, this course is suitable for individuals at various stages of their careers, from those just starting in the industry to experienced professionals seeking to refresh or validate their knowledge. There are no mandatory requirements in terms of prior education or work experience to enroll in this course.  It is recommended that participants have a basic understanding of English language and numeracy skills.
