Meet The Team

Louise Jones
Louise JonesOffice Manager
My name is Louise,  I have been working in the First Aid and Pre-Hospital education industry since July 2018, which has included me working closely with clients and awarding organisations to ensure the right package is delivered to the learner and I am able to support our clients in any way I can.  I am very passionate about my role and ensuring the high level of education that our instructors offer can be met.

As office manager I look after all of the day to day running of the business to ensure that everything is in place for our instructors to be able to deliver the highest level of education possible.

Myself and my partner have two young daughters so outside of work my time is spent taking them to dance class, swimming lessons or the various other mum duties that come with two young girls. I like to enjoy any downtime attending the occasional exercise class when I have the time.

My career in healthcare began at the age of 19 when I embarked on a path as a healthcare assistant. Eager to make a difference, I entered the healthcare sector with a passion for helping others.

As I delved deeper into the field, I found myself drawn to the specialized area of Genitourinary Medicine (GUM) clinic. Here, I encountered a diverse range of patients, each with unique needs and challenges. Working in the GUM clinic not only broadened my medical knowledge but also deepened my understanding of the importance of confidentiality, respect, and non-judgmental care.

However, my journey didn't stop there. Driven by a desire to help others in a more dynamic capacity, I made the transition to the frontline of the ambulance service. This marked a significant shift in my career, as I found myself facing high-pressure situations and making split-second decisions.

I have also spent a number of years in education, delivering courses ranging from level 2 award for personal licence holders, to musical theatre. Outside the realm of healthcare, I lead a vibrant life as a performer, where the stage becomes my second home. In my spare time, I immerse myself in the world of music and theatre, finding solace and joy in the art of performance, from performing in classic Broadway hits to contemporary productions, I relish the challenge of stepping into different roles.
